Our terms.

1. General.

1.1. The consumer has the right to the salesman communicate that he abandons purchase/reservation, without payment a fine and without task aims, within 7 working days as from the day which follows on the supply of the product or closing service concerning arrival.

2. Funhockey.

2.1. If the concerning guarantee does not stand within the 4 working days after reception of your reservation on our account, the reservation is cancelled.
2.2 the complete amount of the funhockey must be paid the day himself to the pay-desk in cafeteria.
2.3. The guarantee is written back within the 21 calendar days after your activity to the account of origin.  The salesman has the right possible damage, caused by wrong of the customer, keeping back of this guarantee.  If damage exceeds the guarantee, the remainder must be still compensated for by the customer.
2.4. If YOU cancel a reservation within the 7 calendar days after reservation, your guarantee will be paid back if calendar days there at least 21 your activity planned between the date of annulment and the date of to lie.
2.5. If there minimum 21 calendar days between the date of annulatie and the date of your activity lie is enough the guarantee as an annulation fee (75 euro annulation fee).
2.6 if there less than 21 calendar days between the date of annulatie and the date of your activity, amount to the annulatievergoeding 200 lie euro.
2.7. Taking part in funhockey happened entirely on own risk. The skating rink or its managers is not responsible for some physical or material damage.
2.8. Everyone must be present, at least 40 minutes for commencement of the funhockey.
2.9. At delay by late arrive of the customer, remains the end hour unchanged, and the activity is thus shortened without any change in the price.

3. Patches.

3.1 the price by patchreservatie amounts to €8.50 per person and per patch
3.2. If your payment does not arrive within the 5 working days after reception of your reservation on our account, your reservation will be cancelled, you will however receive an automatic email upon cancellation.
3.3. We only allow 25 skaters on the ice per patch.
3.4. If one has not made reservation, one can only enter the ice  if there are still places free.
3.5. If one has not reserved the price amounts to €10.00 in stead of  €8.50 per person.
3.6. Annulations will be only allowed in consultation with the Executive Board.
3.7. If one reserves the day himself or up to 3 working days befor the patch, is one obligated to bring a proof of payment proof (print out), because on this period your payment is perhaps not yet processed in our system.
