How long can we skate?You can always skate during the full extend of the public skating session.
If our timetable for example indicates that there is a skating session from 09h30 to 21h00, you can always skate from 09h30 until 21h00.
If you want to have a break while skating to have drink or a bite, you can ask for a stamp at the box office.

| As of what age can you start skating?You can start skating as of 3 or 4 years old.. We have rental skates as of size 22 (EU).
 | Are there double (bob) skates for little children ?We do not rent these out. however, you can purchase them in the skate shop

 | What sizes of skates should I ask for?You best ask for one size bigger then your own size. So, if you have a 38 (EU), you best ask for a 39 (EU).
There is always the choice between figure skates or hockey skates.
 | How much time does a birthday party takes?Well, you can skate as long as the public skating sessions lasts. Have a look at our time table here.
In general, you should count at least at one hour and half of skating and about 45 minutes for the snack and drinks. A lot is, of course, depending on the age of the children.
 | Are gloves mandatory?Yes, gloves are mandatory. You forgot yours? No problem, we allways have some you can use.
 | Do you also rent skates to use on outdoor ice?No, our rental skates are only to be used on the premises of our rink. They cannot be taken outside of the rink.
 | Do you need to wear 2 pairs of socks?No, on the contrary, one pair of thick sport socks is more then enough.
It is about the same idea as when using hiking boots. Two layers of cloth will give friction, wich enhances the possibilty of blisters.
 | What sizes of skates are available ?In our collection of rental skates we have to follwing sizes available :
Figure skates : 22 to 46 (EU) Hockey skates : 30 to 50 (EU)
We have nice, comfortable new rentals by Nike, Move and Jackson.
 | Is there an insurance in the entree fee?No, skating is always done at your own risk.
You can always use your own healtinsurance in case of an accident.
 | Is the ice rink accessible for wheelchair users?Yes, our full complex is accessible for wheelchair users. Both the ice rink itself and the restaurant are accessible. We also have an adepted toilet.
